2. Quotation Proposal
Our sales team will provide a detailed quotation Unit price , tooling/mold costs, sample cost, and estimated lead time.
3. Deposit Payment
Client pays the deposit to initiate the tooling or sample preparation.
4. Procurement
Our supply chain team sources all components (frame, motor, battery cells, controllers, etc.).
5. Quality Control
Final Inspection: Our QC team tests random units from the production line for functionality, safety (brakes, lights), and appearance.
6. Balance Payment
We notify you that production is complete.
You pay the remaining balance.
7. Shipment
We arrange sea freight (FCL or LCL) or air freight based on your shipping instructions.
8. Technical Support
We provide manuals and video guidance for local assembly and troubleshooting.
