Hangzhou longwin electric vehicles co., ltd. was established in 1999. In recent years, the company has transformed and upgraded from traditional manufacturing to an integrated model of “industry, finance, and internet,” striving to build a world-leading industrial interconnection ecosystem.
Industry serves as the solid foundation for Longwin’s entry into the industrial internet. The company is renowned for its core engine technologies, with product lines covering motorcycle engines, special vehicle engines, and general-purpose engines. Its power terminal products include electric motorcycles, electric bicycles, electric tricycles, electric scooters, bicycles, ATVs, motorcycles, golf carts, food trailers, electric wheelchairs, electric cars, forklifts, and go-karts. With years of deep involvement in manufacturing, Longwin has evolved into an expert in power system integration and a leader in precision manufacturing.
Guided by the development philosophy of integrating “design, trial production, and testing,” the Group Technology Center comprises three resource centers: the Design Center, Engineering Center, and Testing Center. These centers are respectively responsible for product design and validation; trial production, process design, and tooling verification; and product performance testing and evaluation. The center houses 47 specialized sections covering a comprehensive range of disciplines. It employs 868 R&D personnel, over 96% of whom hold a bachelor’s degree or higher, including 360 senior experts such as masters, doctors, professors, and academicians, as well as 642 individuals with intermediate or senior professional titles.
Longwin’s vehicle manufacturing system utilizes internationally advanced AGV flexible assembly lines and adopts intelligent production and JIT (Just-in-Time) logistics support. It features unique group assembly functions and 100% online inspection capability for critical components. The company currently operates 27 vehicle assembly and inspection lines, with an annual production capacity of 20 million vehicles of various types.
The company’s production facilities include workshops for general assembly, stamping and welding, injection molding, painting, wiring harnesses, and seat cushion manufacturing. Over 200 vehicle component suppliers worldwide provide supporting services to Longwin. Under the guidance of lean management and excellence in manufacturing, Longwin ensures timely, high-quality delivery of products to users across the globe.
